Data collected
When you book a meeting: first and last name, work email address, organisation, project type, target standard, project country and the description you write.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
From your first click or keystroke in the booking or newsletter form: your IP address and technical information about your browser, sent to Cloudflare Turnstile to tell visitors from bots.
Use of data
To prepare and hold the meeting, send you the video call link and respond to your request.
To send you the Theo newsletter, once a month.
Legal basis
Your meeting request, for the data entered in the form. Your consent, for the newsletter: you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every issue.
Retention period

Recipients
The LOCAGRI team and three technical service providers: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, protects it from bots and forwards emails sent to contact@theo-ci.com to the team’s mailbox; Brevo, which sends the booking emails and the newsletter; and [email provider to be specified], which hosts that mailbox. Your data is neither sold nor rented.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@theo-ci.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autorité de régulation des télécommunications de Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI), the authority responsible for personal data protection.
